Distributed transactions bet linked servers

hi anyone,
I checked the DTC on both ends to be on but I am still getting this message
when running an insert
New transaction cannot enlist in the specified transaction coordinator.

bicDid you enable Network DTC Access? I did it under 2003 Server but had to do
it again after installing SP1.
